You will learn a variety of free weight exercises and proper form to ensure the best results as well as to prevent possible injuries.Ĭlasses will be held on the East Campus (EC), unless otherwise noted. This class is a beginner weight lifting class for females.

Please bring a yoga mat or large towel to class. Our goal is to improve our health starting at whatever level each person requires. There will be floor work involved and we will use the exercise balls as well! This class will be appropriate for intermediate participants so there is no pressure and/or judgment. Yoga has many benefits including stress relief, lowered blood pressure, increased flexibility and muscle tone and can even help with anxiety and depression!
